~Prawn Chilli Masala Gravy~
Prawns - 250g
Oil - 3 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste - 2tsp
Onions - 3 (chopped)
Tomatoes - 1 (chopped)
Curry leaves
Green chilli - 1
Turmeric powder - a pinch
Chilli powder {as desired}
Curry powder - 2tsp
Salt (as desired)
Method:
Heat oil in a pan. Add onions, ginger garlic paste, curry leaves and saute well. Add in the prawns, salt, turmeric powder, chilli powder, curry powder and fry in the oil for 5 seconds. Then add tomatoes and green chillies. Add a little water and let it cook for 10 mins. Keep on low flame and let it simmer for about 5 minutes.
Prawn Chilli Masala Gravy is ready to eat. Serve with Chappati, rotti, fried rice or plain rice :)
[Note: Don't overcook the prawns as it can make them rubbery and hard]
