♣♣♣♣♣Vegetable Fried Rice♣♣♣♣♣
INGREDIENTS:
Cooked Rice ( preferably Basmati ) - 3 Cups
Beans - Cut long and thin
Chopped leeks – 1 cup
Chopped onions – 1
Potato – cut into long strands – 1
Capsicum – cut into thin slices – 3
Ajinomoto – ½ tsp
Soya Sauce – 4 tbsp (or as desired)
Salt – as needed
Turmeric powder – as required
Oil
METHOD:
Heat oil in a big pan. Add the chopped onions, a little bit of salt and sauté for a while. Then add in all the cut vegetables and stir fry for some time. Then add turmeric powder, ajinomoto, some more salt, soya sauce and mix well. Let the vegetables fry for a while.
Keep on medium flame and add the cooked rice little by little while stirring. Stir the rice well with the sautéed Vegetables. Cover the pan and keep on low flame for a while.
Vegetable fried Rice is ready to serve! Enjoy! :)
